Chef JACK TONKIN has created a new concept of restaurant in Barcelona called ONA — He will be cooking in our kitchen in September.
From September 10th to 14th, Jack Tonkin takes over Bistro Nereta with a 10-course tasting menu (€90).
An Australian-born chef based in Poblenou, Jack works exclusively with organic, km0 ingredients, creating dishes that reflect the farms, the season, and the spirit of the day.
Expect a dining experience guided by nature itself, with a thoughtful selection of beverages available to complement the menu.
